| Our Training Program: |

Our training program is based on state on the art online technologies as well as live training. Our Integrated Learning Methodology (ILM) incorporates a unique interactive and iterative training process that provides a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals. Our trainees will experience their own networked environments, which enable instructors to manage hands-on lab demonstrations and exercises that mirror the professional environment. Upon successful completion of training, each trainee will be inducted in our unique and exclusive Mentor-Prodigy Program where the trainees will be mentored during the live productive work. |

| Our Curriculum:: |

Our current technical training areas include, but not limited to: |
- Java/J2EE
- Net/Sharepoint
- Data-warehousing (Informatica, Cognos)
- Quality Analysis (QA) and Testing
- Business Analysis

Our training program is typically 4-6 weeks with flexible schedules including evenings and weekend sessions. |
The training is FREE for all eligible applicants as long as the trainee is willing to work with us for a minimum of one year across the US.
SmartWorks offers competitive salary with excellent benefits as well as relocation assistance.
Trainees must be willing to work at any location in the US.
Upon completion of one year on a project, you will have the option to switch to a profit-sharing model.
For eligible foreign nationals, we sponsor work permits such as H-1B, at no cost to our employees.
Permanent residency (green card) sponsorships are also available for all those who are qualified.

| Project Assignment |
|
Our team of 20 marketers and sales personnel will work with each trainee individually and personally to match with each trainees with a specific project.
We provide you with expert guidance in resume preparation, interview preparation as well as take you through preparatory interview process (mock interviews).
Before, during and after the training, we will always be there for you. We love our employees, we take care of them! Hence our growth and unsurpassed retention!!
