We are very transparent in paying our employees. You can access your Pay and benefits details including record of paid time off and vacations on-line. You can download your pay-stubs, view your vacation time, request vacation time, etc online.

Referral Bonus
Almost all of our growth comes from our employee referrals. When you refer a friend, you earn a $500 referral bonus as soon you as your friend completes 90-days of service with SmartWorks.
